Many of the new requirements of GDPR are worth a combined deep analysis, aimed at understanding the actual impact beyond the analysis and theoretical constructions that have led the European legislator to include them in the new European Privacy Regulation no. 2016/679.
In fact it is crucial that these insights are made by those who are on the front of obligations, and thus Controllers and Processors in charge to implement the resulting technical/organizational/procedural measures as well as those who are the recipients of the protections afforded by GDPR, ie the Data Subjects.

Molte le nuove prescrizioni del GDPR che meritano una approfondimento 'combinato' tra loro, per comprenderne gli impatti effettivi al di là delle analisi e costruzioni teoriche che hanno portato il legislatore europeo ad includerle nel nuovo regolamento privacy europeo.
Infatti è determinante che questi approfondimenti vengano realizzati da chi è sul fronte degli adempimenti, e dunque Titolari e Responsabili che dovranno implementare le conseguenti misure tecniche/organizzative/procedurali nonchè coloro che sono i destinatari delle tutele offerte dal GDPR, ossia gli Interessati
